a favourite photo that you'd like made into
a charm? We can do that! All you need to
do is either email us the picture, or if you
don't have the picture on your computer you
can post it to us. Bring your memories to
life with your very own personalised Italian
photo charm bracelet.
The charm will be compatible with all 9mm
Italian charm bracelets. Please bear in mind
that the size of your photo will end up very
small so choose your photo carefully.
Whether you are mailing or emailing the
photo, please don't crop it! It's
easier for us to crop it to the dimensions
we need to make it into a charm! (If you are
mailing in a picture, we do NOT crop the
actual photo, we crop our copy once it's
scanned into the computer!)
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of
these custom photo charms.
Follow the easy steps below to order your
photo charm:
Step 1: Place
your order by clicking on 'Add to Basket'
and enter the amount of photo charms you
would like. Proceed to checkout as usual
when you have completed your order.

Step 2: Choose
the photo you wish to appear on the charm.
Clear, sharp, close up photos will produce
the best results. The photo can be either
colour or black and white. Tell us exactly
which part of the photo you want on the
charm. We reserve the right to refuse
objectionable photos.
Step 3: Either
email your photo to:
info@totallycharmed.co.uk or if you
would prefer to send your photo by post
please send it to the address on your
invoice. If you are emailing the photo
please submit photos that are between
150K-500K in size and in ".jpg" format with
no spaces or punctuation in the photo file
name. Your photo will be returned to you
with your order if you have posted it to us.
Step 4: We will
confirm by email that we have received your
photo if you have posted it. You will also
receive a confirmation email once you have
placed your order.
